Conditions of Early Booking Offer

The offer is valid for bookings made until 15-02-23

Payment Policy

The 50% of the entire stay will be charged upon confirmation.
The remaining amount should be settled 30 days prior the arrival date.

Cancelation Policy

The deposit amount is refundable in case the cancelation or change of dates is :
a. 30 days before the arrival, if the booking/accommodation is for the period from 29th of June until 10th of September 2023
b. 14 days before the arrival, if the booking/accommodation is for the period from 1st of May until 28th of June 2023 and from 11th of September until 30th of October 2023

Any cancelation or change after the above dates/periods will result in, cancelation fees 30% of the total accommodation fees.

In case of non-show or there be an early departure the 100% of the reservation balance will be retain in respect of our cancellation fees.
